Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly-motivated Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration Practice Group, focusing on Workplace Class Action matters. This position is open to any of their East Coast offices: Baltimore; Philadelphia; New Jersey; Washington, D.C.; or Wilmington.

  Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission required in the jurisdiction of practice. 4–6 years of substantive experience in complex employment litigation, with an emphasis on defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits. Significant experience conducting witness interviews and taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is preferable. Additional experience counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting with employment training programs is a plus. Superior research skills and exceptional writing abilities.   Key Responsibilities: Defend employers in complex wage and hour class and collective actions and other employment-related litigation. Conduct witness interviews and manage discovery processes, including depositions. Provide strategic advice on federal and state employment law compliance. Draft workplace policies and procedures and assist with client training programs. Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys while maintaining independence in managing assignments.   Why Join Us?

*Target pay for this role in Philadelphia is $275,000–$335,000. Actual pay, for all offices, will be determined by a multitude of factors including current business needs, relevant experience, skill sets, and market factors, among others.*
