Labor Hygienist

General Purpose:

Assist in management of the Labor Safety and Health Affairs function Ensure that a comprehensive Labor Safety/Health Administration and ISO programs are in place and operating effectively to meet the requirements defined by the Taiwan Council of Labor Affairs and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Planning and execution of labor safety and health related controls. Planning and executions of operation site inspections and environmental monitoring; performs measurement of operational hazards and chemical exposure. Planning and execution of the occupational safety health plan. Develops contingency plans for responding to occupational accidents. Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, air condition, waste disposal, technology, parking and etc. Conduct and document regular facilities inspections Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees Maintain required license in our factory upon our factory register Work with each dept and HR to keeping by TWN law all required training hours and record in track Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants and improvement reactions implementation, PDCA Support to G&A 

Essential Skills and Experience:

3~6 years prior experience in a similar role With organized skills and able to priorities multi-tasks and handle a complex, varied workload; Positive attitude and be a team working player; Communication and negotiation skills; With ISO practice and experience; LHS management personnel license(Occupational Safety and Health Administrator) is MUST.
