Labor Relations Advisor-FlexStaff (TEMP)

The Advisor of Labor Relations plays a crucial role in supporting the health system's labor strategy by partnering with Executive business leadership and HR Centers of Excellence. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including supporting union contract negotiations, implementing union contracts, providing contractual guidance to leadership, participating in labor relations partnership work, workforce planning for union-represented roles, and developing/delivering labor relations training. This is a long-term temporary assignment within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities: Support union contract negotiations. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement union contracts. Provide contractual guidance to leadership regarding union agreements. Participate in site or system-wide labor relations partnership work. Contribute to workforce planning for union-represented roles. Develop and deliver labor relations training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Organizational Psychology. 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in Labor Relations Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Previous healthcare experience
