Position Summary:

This position is responsible for handling scheduling and payroll processing for the Table Games department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Responsible for the scheduling and payroll processing for the Table Games departmentAssists in training users on operational functions of scheduling and time and attendance systemCollects data through research and observation to be used in labor analyses, operational productivity and special projects

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with Payroll to research and correct discrepanciesMaintains departmental employee filesGreets internal and external guests with a smile and friendly welcome and promotes superior guest service

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentOne year of scheduling and submission of payroll experience with time and attendance softwareRequires experience with Federal (Circular E) or Mohegan Sun payroll procedures

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsIntermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Training Requirements:

Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and proceduresKnowledge of Mohegan Sun payroll system

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Office work environmentMust be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises, when out on the gaming floorMust sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of timeMust be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptionsMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
