Job Description:
Providing general administrative and clerical support including e-mail, scanning, copying, cloud-based document management and virtual collaboration platforms to the laboratory management.
Tracking of equipment calibration and movement of transducers calibrated by external providers.
Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Support regional Quality Manager on ISO 17025 documentations, such as personnel competency and quality register of laboratory documents.
Systematic filing of laboratory documents, and assists in tracking and updating other laboratory registers.
Arrange sample transportation to and from other laboratories.
Assist Operation Team Leads (Core Logging, Classification, Standard and Advanced Test Team Lead) to transport and receive equipment/transducer to other calibration laboratory.
Support Programme Manager and Programme Lead to create invoices for projects managed by the laboratory.
Operate the IFS to manage and streamline laboratory processes, including but not limited to setup of project and work orders, inventory management, PR, PO, data entry and facilitate invoicing.
Requirement:
Good standard of general education, including High School in Math and English or equivalent.
Having relevant office working experience for 3-8 years. Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be preferable.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook including knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
