Job Description: Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to assist with laboratory analyses, sample preparation, water analysis, polymer solution preparation, and the shipping of samples. In this position, we are looking for a team member who will carry out laboratory processes meticulously and ensure the accurate delivery of samples.

Required Qualifications:

Education: University degree in Chemistry or two year degree in Chemistry.Experience: At least 1-3 years of laboratory experience.Technical Skills:Experience with analytical devices and laboratory softwareAbility to prepare samples, perform analyses, and report resultsPersonal Attributes:Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and disciplined work ethicStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in teams and independentlyStrong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projectsFlexibility and ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of analytical techniques and cause-effect research skillsNo military obligation for male candidatesOther Requirements:Proficiency in MS Office applicationMust reside in Istanbul (Asian side), preferably in Pendik or Tuzla

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analysis of water samples in the laboratory environment and determine whether the test results fall within the correct limitsPrepare polymer solutions in accordance with established proceduresPrepare samples for various analyses, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed thoroughlyProperly package prepared samples and ship them to the relevant laboratories or customers within the specified timeframeConduct various analyses and accurately record and report the resultsCollaborate with the laboratory team to support processes and contribute to process improvementsRegularly maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, manage shipping and other support activities, and propose solutions in case of disruptionsPerform analyses in compliance with quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, and GLP, ensuring all processes meet quality standards
