RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure staff training on TSD regulations and verify that labeling and packaging processes comply with these standards.

Track orders and create production schedules to streamline operations.

Conduct and approve quality control tests in line with customer specifications to ensure product quality.

Prepare and deliver technical documents and analysis certificates for products to customers.

Record and report production and quality control data on a monthly basis for performance analysis.

Manage the production unit and quality control laboratory operations effectively.

Organize the sample archive room and color archive room, maintaining master panels and tracking archived materials.

Monitor and publish monthly quality indicators and targets; ensure formulation information is kept up-to-date.

Create and update a list of devices used in production, define responsibilities, and monitor calibration schedules.

Assist in managing project studies related to the EC Lab and Mixing Unit, and oversee robotic application processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

Minimum of 8 years of experience in laboratory

Effective communication skills, including openness, clarity, organizational awareness, and empathy, to achieve desired results

Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety & Environmental management systems and environmental legislation

Teamwork skills and the ability to demonstrate leadership

Possession of analytical thinking skills and a results-oriented approach

Fluent in English
