Job Description:

You'll work alongside professional individuals and laboratory technicians, assisting with essential lab tasks and contributing to projects that help feed the world. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day laboratory operations, including sample preparation, data recording, and maintaining laboratory equipment.Perform routine laboratory tasks such as measuring, mixing, and labeling test materials.Support research teams in collecting and analyzing samples, ensuring accurate and timely results.Maintain clean, organized, and compliant laboratory spaces following all safety and regulatory protocols.Track and manage inventory of laboratory supplies and materials.Help in preparing reports and documentation of test results and observations.Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive, innovative work environment.

Education & Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.Previous experience in a laboratory environment is a plus, but not required!Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and organizational practices.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Willingness to learn and grow within the agricultural research field.
