Provides efficient, accurate, compassionate and courteous service for patients. Provides accurate and timely collection and receiving of specimens for all patients in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations. Accurately enters data into hospital and laboratory computer systems related to patient billing and charting. Performs processing functions to assure integrity of specimens for testing.

Required qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED 2 years Phlebotomy experience or one year phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting Less than one year experience will be considered for PAMC Lab employees of six months or greater with approval from Director Required upon request: AHA BLS when performing rooming dutiesPreferred qualifications:
