Our Retail Center of Excellence, in Lowell, AR, is looking for a Laboratory Assistant, to join the Sporting Goods team in conducting performance and quality assurance testing on sporting good equipment. Be directly impactful in creating a safer world for everyone. + Required: Higher Secondary Education. + Required: Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, and demonstrated ability to do so effectively with customers. + Required: Desire to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. + Required: Ability to use Microsoft Office software (i.e., Outlook, Excel). + Required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted. + Highly Preferred: Familiarity with fishing, hunting, and other sporting good equipment. Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career, and the estimated salary range for this position is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographical location. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
