TriHealth Laboratories is offering an exciting opportunity for students graduating within the next 12 months from an Allied Health Science program (or an equivalent program recognized by the College of American Pathologists) to gain hands-on experience and develop vital clinical skills.

This position is designed to provide you with the clinical training and experience required to qualify for certification examinations. As part of this role, you will assist with waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision, supporting your journey to becoming Registry-Eligible. Upon successful completion of your education and training, you will have the opportunity to apply for MT/MLT positions within TriHealth as you pursue your career as a Registered Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Registered Medical Technologist (MT)/Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).

We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to completing their certification path while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an approved Allied Health Science program or equivalent (Required). Actively completing clinical training in the approved program (Required).

Prioritize, organize, and manage assigned work efficiently. Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks, delivering complete and precise results. Handle complex assignments and apply sound judgment to problem-solving. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve training goals.
