A day in the Life:

Aggressively pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and future clients.Collaborate with channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities.

Keys to Success:

Strictly adhere to sales goals and performance metrics.Successfully implement strategies to improve client solution opportunities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Life Sciences or equivalent experience recommended.

Experience

3+ years of sales experience in the laboratory industry or lab experience.Knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product applications.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.Proven capability to negotiate and close business effectively.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Willingness to travel to meet sales goals.Ability to work in various laboratory environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $71,000.00–$105,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
