Job DescriptionSchedule equipment calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and IT updatesPrepare equipment for service and coordinate lab shutdownsCreate work orders for facilities needs and capital installation/removing, coordinate dependencies, assigning equipment IDs and follow up to completionSupport inventory processes for biologics (Benchling) and chemicals (Cosmic), schedule and plan for the annual defrost of freezers and coordinate with Facilities if a loaner is neededOrder, maintain and organize lab suppliesRoutine disinfection of specified lab equipmentPlan, coordinate and schedule safety stand-down days for labsOptions to grow into support roles for assaysQualificationsBachelors degree in a scientific concentrationAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipHighly organized, good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong computer acumen.
