Description:

Maintain the stock of lab consumables and order supplies, follow up on pending requests and Vendors on all daily issued Purchase Orders. Working with Accounts Payable and Warehouse in resolving any daily invoice issues, Receiving Impurities and maintaining various logs to include Receiving, PRS and SRS usage, Handling various DEA Controlled substances to include Waste discarding, inventory maintenance, Procurment, etc. Various other lab related duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

Getting Quotes for lab consumables and instruments from multiple vendors for better pricing options and following up on pending requests Ordering of R&D supplies for 1045 Cent and 49 Colonial drive locations and following up with vendor on all daily issued Purchase Orders and tracking whereabouts of all the items shipped from the PO number. Maintaining the stock of lab consumables and supplies, dispensing and maintain the PRS, SRS usage log Receiving chemicals, Impurities and assigning proper labels, storing according to their storage conditions and receiving and maintaining receiving log
