Responsibilities:

To direct the implementation of the QuidelOrtho Key-Operator Support System Protocols and Policies for technical and application support towards the achievement of the goals and standards set by QuidelOrtho Management.To provide a level of service that ensures customer retention, grow existing business with additional LOB's in current accounts, acquire new customers and improve the lifetime customer value (LCV).To ensure maximum menu use by all customers through professional explanation and active promotion of the benefits of QuidelOrtho products and services. To deliver training to customers to ensure customers operate instruments correctly and efficiently. To continues improvement of the customer engagement and experience.To direct and manage the technical application/key-operator support operations of QuidelOrtho Philippines according to his territorial assignment and standards set by QuidelOrtho ASPAC and according to the goals and objectives set by QuidelOrtho Laboratory Specialist Manager. To deliver efficient installation and commissioning of all instruments and assays according to procedures/protocols. % To handle Field Corrective.To handle Field Corrective Actions per SOP requirement. To report complaint within 24 hours of awareness and deliver timely and effective troubleshooting service to maximize uptime of all instruments and improve customer experience.To deliver timely and effective troubleshooting service to maximize uptime of all instruments and improve customer experience. To maintains current customer accounts profiles.To provide assistance, as required, for customer and business needs, including but not limited to assistance with the prompt and effective launch of new instruments and assays. To comply with all applicable policies and procedures set by QuidelOrtho management.Perform other work-related duties as assigned: Lotus Notes SOF and replication/MXP SO Feedback, SFDC, EBR and Ortho University, E-connectivity monitoring, Valumetrix/P3, Product demo and evaluation, Smart Service Access/Usage


Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Medical TechnologyMinimum 5 Years Experience in laboratory medicine through working in diagnostic laboratories and or IVD company     75% Travel requiredPreferably with Product and Market KnowledgeShows clear understanding of how IVD products are used and applied to patient careKeeps abreast of developments in laboratory medicine and passes this information to both customers and company colleagues       Good communication and leadership skills.Ability to explain technical issues to customers Good customer service skillsHighly proficient with computer applications                                              Capable of Customer relationship buildingOpen for Self-development and career growthTeam playerTime management skillsProblem Solving and decision-making skills
