Job Title: Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Care Representative to join our Human DNA Services team. This role requires fluency in both English and French and a strong background in customer service, ideally within a scientific or laboratory environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service in a secure and professional setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service in both English and French via phone, email, and other communication channels.Perform data entry and retrieve results using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ERP, and CRM platforms.Assist clients with inquiries related to DNA testing services and scientific processes.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to government security clearance protocols.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of test results and service updates.Utilize general computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, and relational databases.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a scientific or healthcare-related field.Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.General knowledge of DNA testing methods or scientific processes, supported by:A degree or diploma in Forensic Science, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field, orDirect, relevant laboratory experience.Familiarity with LIMS, ERP, and CRM systems.Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
