Job Summary

The technician will support the Madison site QC team by sampling raw materials, ordering supplies, preparing testing and growth media and autoclaving materials.

Aseptically sample incoming raw materials.Support the QC team with administrative functions such as lab supply ordering, making microbiological testing media, data input into SAP, as well as other lab support functions.Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices for the care, handling, and storage of food and Dietary Supplement productsFollow and enforce site safety procedure including all laboratory safety procedures.Operation and care of the site Autoclaves
