Job Description:
Monitors product and production activities including plant sanitation and good manufacturing practices to ensure that the product quality and plant sanitation conform to the company standards, and takes appropriate action to correct if needed. Responsibilities include QC analyses, lab testing and recordkeeping, collecting samples, and media preparation. Analysis includes coliform plate counts, standards plate counts, butterfat, DMC count, bacterial and animal drug residue screening.
Process tankers in a fast-paced environment Ensure stringent allergy controls during high production seasonTest tankers for antibiotics, as well as conduct quality pass/fail checks Draft COA/COC documentations Measure samples for percentages to ensure they met regulation standardsPlate samples to detect for bacteria and finished productMaintain careful online records of all lab data using QA StudiosQualifications: Associate of Science OR Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry etc.6+ months of experience working in a laboratory GMP and/or GLPAbout Actalent
