Our client, a manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be part of the Color Lab supporting the Refinish Color Matching team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Laboratory Technician I **Location:** Delaware, OH **Ability to work the 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.** **What's the Job?** + You will consist of both mixing and spraying functions to meet production demands. + Acquire color formulations from the Color Matcher & prepare sample mixtures based on paint formulations/recipes given. + Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of color lab paint samples. + Acquire wet paint samples from mixing stations & spray samples according to predefined specifications. + Maintain laboratory equipment in clean condition. **What's Needed?** + **Ability to work the 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.** + Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. + Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes and respirators. + Clean-shaven on the first day for respirator fitting. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity for conversion to a permanent position for the right fit. + Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic lab environment. + Work with a supportive team dedicated to excellence. + Develop skills in color formulation and paint application. + Be part of a company that values safety and quality.
