The position
As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing laboratory equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Your primary tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:
• Perform maintenance and performance confirmation on HPLC/UPLC equipment
• Collaborate with lab technicians and professionals to identify and solve equipment problems
• Support investigations of equipment issues locally and globally
• Potentially qualify LC equipment
Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we envision that:
• You have an education as a Laboratory Technician (Laborant), or equivalent.
• You have experience with HPLC/UHPLC equipment
• You have experience working in a GMP environment
• You are proficient in English (Danish is a plus)

• Are a team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze challenges and find practical solutions
• Have a good attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a regulated work setting
About the department
The Analytical Equipment team is part of the Analytical Projects and New Technologies department, supporting equipment activities across several development areas and global sites. We are located in Bagsværd and Gentofte, where we qualify equipment for Process Analytical Technology, Container Closure Integrity, and New Analytical Technologies. Our team provides expert knowledge on qualification and troubleshooting of HPLC/UPLC, Raman, and other laboratory equipment. This role mainly focuses on the HPLC/UPLC tasks. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, fostering innovation and excellence.
