+ Deliver laboratory induction training to all new joiners
+ Develop and deliver technical scientific training / training courses according to the needs of the different departments;
+ Collaborate with operational leads in developing / delivering new courses;
+ Provide support on training matters during audits and inspections
+ Communicate and escalate training updates to next management level as required
+ Ensuring that all training schedules are running as planed and taking proactive action to ensure same.
+ Perform training daily, face-to-face or virtual
+ Work side-by-side with current trainers to share training responsibilities and work load
+ Develop additional training curriculum and training resources to be utilized within the department in cooperation with current trainer
+ Report to management routinely on progress of new hires and maintain daily progress logs for each new hire
+ Associates or Bachelors Degree in sciences or a teaching degree with experience in managing or teaching people
+ Training design and development experience a plus.
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm . Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cary, NC are encouraged to apply.
