Miller Brother Staffing in Lebanon, PA has the immediate need of a Laborer for 1st shift.  

Pay Rate – $16/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Sat 8am-12pm MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING OT
3 most important things: Attendance is key Willingness to flex in other areas as needed Must have steel toed boots Job Description/Duties Will be assisting customers come in with miscellaneous metals to be weight (copper, brass, aluminum etc) Will be assisting weighing the items and informing retail manager on weight so person is paid correctly Sit down forklift will be used to help move material and be processed after it has been weighed. (Company will train) Must have customer service capability and will be working with various customers all day. Fast paced environment (goal is to get their products weighed, get them paid and out the door) Will be working outside in ALL elements, rain sleet snow cold and heat Looking for someone long term! Contract to hire with great benefits MUST HAVE STEEL TOED BOOTS NOT STEEL TOED SNEAKERS It is a very dirty industrial environment Requirements: Must have previous experience in production-based environments Must be able to report to work every day on time Must have positive attitude and willingness to flex in other areas of the yard as needed Must be okay working in outside environments (Heat/Cold)
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.  Must be able to squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for duration of shift.
