**Job Title: Laborer in Estes Park - 24/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking diligent and dedicated laborers to join our team immediately. This role primarily involves landscaping work and general labor duties at the Moraine Park Campground in Rocky Mountain National Park. The project has been ongoing for several months and requires additional hands due to subcontractor issues. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant campground rehabilitation and expansion project. **Responsibilities** + Perform general laborer duties with a focus on landscaping work. + Install temporary fencing, including driving metal stakes 6-8 inches into the ground. + Conduct traffic control to ensure safety. + Implement environmental protection measures, including setting up BMP (Best Management Practices) to control impacts to water bodies. + Perform grade work while other crews are pouring concrete. + Install fencing around tree root zones to protect them from vehicles and workers. + Carry out other tasks as assigned, ensuring compliance with environmental protection standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in landscaping and topsoil grading. + Familiarity with Best Management Practices (BMP) for environmental protection. + Ability to install temporary fencing and handle related physical tasks. + Knowledge of traffic control procedures. + Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor and construction. + Ability to work in varying weather conditions. + Dependability and a steady head under minimal supervision. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and experience a close-knit, family-like environment where caring for each other and our clients is at the core of our culture. The work schedule consists of 10-hour shifts starting at 6AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and the possibility of more based on reliability and work ethic.
