Essential Responsibilities:Perform tasks on the labor crew to support mining operationsHave the experience or have the ability to learn, sample collection, pipe laying and backfilling trenchesWill complete production reporting and other documentation as requiredAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with other team membersBe a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous mining experience is preferred however, not necessaryDemonstrates an awareness and understanding of mining safety and MSHA policiesCurrent MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal certification is preferred (will provide training for this certification if necessary)

Work Conditions:

Ability to work overtime when required
