**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** Responsible for installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment in the build-out of new equipment in an assembly facility. The role includes installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and process controls. **Responsibilities** + Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and process controls. + Use electrical test equipment and troubleshoot to a component level. + Work with various AC & DC voltages, including 3-phase and single phase. + Install electrical wiring and conduits per National Electrical Code (NEC). + Work independently or as part of a team. + Possess basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI). + Experience with variable frequency drives/motor controllers. + Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, understanding the software associated with PLCs to troubleshoot issues. + Install and terminate communication and video cables. + Travel occasionally overnight to repair equipment in the field. + Use various hand and power tools necessary for job completion. + Work safely and in a timely fashion in every aspect of the job. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical troubleshooting or assembly. + Experience working with panel boxes, control boxes, and electrical assemblies. + Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable software for reporting and troubleshooting. + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferably 2 years of vocational school in electrical. + Preferably 3 years of experience. + Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI. + Physically capable of bending, twisting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
