**Job Title: Insulation Technicians** + We are seeking construction workers to work for the leading construction company specializing in high-rise multifamily and commercial projects. Join us and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment! **Job Description** + You will be responsible for installing bat insulation in interior and exterior wall cavities. + You will work on boom lifts and swing stages, so comfort with heights is essential. **Work Schedule** + 1st shift + Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) + 40 hours per week with 5 hours of overtime + 50-hour weeks during the summer **Key Responsibilities** + Install bat insulation in wall cavities + Work on boom lifts and swing stages + Perform caulking tasks + Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. + Work on knees for extended periods + Assist with site clean-up and preparation. + Work on boom lifts or swing stages. + Install exterior weather barriers. + Apply joint sealants. + Shoot sealants and caulking. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience working in commercial construction. + Experience with painting, concrete, insulation, waterproofing, or carpentry. + Proficiency with hand tools. **Why Work Here?** + This is a great place to start a career in a trade.
