**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated general production workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading trailers in the yard, performing general clean-up tasks, and learning the color-coding system for steel placement in the warehouse. This is a physically demanding job that requires you to walk for 8-10 hour shifts, handle large steel beams, and work outside in various weather conditions. **Responsibilities** + Unload trucks in the yard (bays) + Perform general clean-up tasks and maintain a tidy workspace + Learn and apply the color-coding system for steel placement + Receive inventory and move materials within the warehouse + Work outside in various weather conditions including cold, rain, and snow + Retain information based on color coding and memorize locations **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor, production, or similar fields + Comfortable moving metals consistently throughout the day + Ability to work outside in the elements + Basic math skills + Ability to read and write English + Proficiency in reading a tape measure **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in warehouse production, landscaping, or construction **Why Work Here?** Join our team for growth potential, job stability, and long tenure opportunities for candidates.
