Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer and/or Equipment Operator to join our team and oversee labor crews at recycling plants in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in construction or operating heavy equipment such as Dozers.
ResponsibilitiesOversee labor crews onsite at recycling plants.Operate heavy equipment including Dozers, Excavators, Backhoes, and Skid Steers.Perform general labor tasks as required.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Assist in grading and other construction-related tasks.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in construction.1+ years of experience operating Bulldozers.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.English or Bilingual (Spanish)Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Excavators, Backhoes, Grading, and Skid Steers.Ability to perform general labor tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work at various recycling plants, including two locations in Richmond, VA, and one in Ashland. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturdays from 7am to 12pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00
