Job Overview The incumbent will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Responsible for assisting with general grounds maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, simple carpentry, painting, general repairs, and loading/unloading. Responsible for shop cleanliness. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent. Government Vehicle Operators License as required by Alabama State requirement.
