Laborer Supervisor
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Laborer Supervisor to work in our Utilities and Infrastructure department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report to the senior manager. Provide direction and immediate supervision to a group of employees who provide laborer support to MFC facilities *Responsibilities Include:* * Provide daily direction and immediate supervision of represented staff. * Accountable for the outcomes and results of team. * Maintain schedules and workflow of the team. * Direct team based on established procedures. * Assign tasks and monitor work at frequent intervals. * Execute specified routine tasks. * Monitor projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. * Provide input and contribute to managing resources and costs. * Optimize the use of materials, tools, and manpower to achieve cost efficiency while following strict procedural adherence. * First level of management with human resource responsibilities. * May have own individual contributor responsibilities but people management is an essential element of the job. * Work with team members and/or functional peer groups. * Follow established practices and procedures. * Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect staff, equipment, and the environment. * This posting will close: 1-13-25 *Minimum Requirements: * * Bachelor’s degree or related technical discipline and 9 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma and 15 years of relevant experience. * Relevant experience and prior supervisory experience. * This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship. *Job Information: * * The target pay range for this position is $81,772- $124,892 annually. The full pay range is $76,980 - $177,036.
