Purpose of Role: The Labourer will be responsible for performing various physical duties and assisting in various tasks within the rubber shop, including operating basic hand tools, supporting machine operators, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw rubber materials and finished products within the shop.Machine Operation: Operate and maintain various rubber processing machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.Shop Assistance: Support shop workers, such as rubber liners, hose builders, buffers, and sand blasters by providing necessary tools and materials, and assisting with tasks as needed.Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
