Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking an experienced and local Labourer - Civil for the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project located between Mackay and Rockhampton, Central Queensland. Camp accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Daily checks and maintenance of civil installation including fencing, formwork and many other adhoc duties as requiredOverseeing day-to-day on site operations, ensuring work is completed to standard Monitoring compliance with safety standards requirementsLiaising with and reporting to superintendents and construction managers, to ensure timelines and quality standards are metHandling any unexpected issues on-site and ensuring smooth project progress

What you will bring:

Demonstrated experience ideally in a civil environment General Construction Induction cardPlant Operator Tickets - Telehandler (highly desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid Australian Driver’s License Proof of right to work in Australia Life at Monadelphous
