The Position

The Opportunity

The purpose of the Labs & Hospitals, Digital & NPC Solutions Partner is to play a critical role in promoting and integrating our Near Patient Care product solutions, cross disease areas, as well as our suite of digital solutions (navify) by overseeing enterprise-level transformation and solution selling across labs and hospitals. 

This role focuses on being a digital steward and champion, ensuring seamless adoption and excellence in our digital strategies and offerings.

Your Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of Labs & Hospitals Near Patient Care solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs through a digital-first approach and accountable for the product life cycle of his portfolio (launch, pricing, forecasting).

Coordinate cross customer areas and promote innovative product features driven by digital technology and data insights.

Own the technical product knowledge, provide strategic guidance in launches, pre-tender processes, answer tenders  and understand customer needs and stay on top of the competitive landscape. 

Support the sales and  application specialists teams by providing internal products trainings when needed while staying updated on product knowledge and developments.

Together with the NPC marketing strategist and the HCD team, contribute to the market and launch assessments and business cases establishments when relevant.

Collaborates cross-customer areas to ensure alignment and collaboration in solutions selling approach internally and with our customers (TLA, Digital solutions etc.)

Transition from a centralized to a decentralized Roche navify solutions strategy and own the overall engagement.  Ensure focus at the enterprise level both internally with Sales, PSMs and WF&IT, acting as a super user whenever need be from respective customer areas.

Serve as a digital thought leader and data steward, aligning digital solutions with strategic objectives and customer needs.

Pioneering initiatives that leverage data analytics, AI, and machine learning to optimize healthcare operations and outcomes.

Works closely with the “Home & primary care engagement partner” in the NPC areas whenever needed (workload or prioritization).

Who You Are

Strong market knowledge and experience in Near Patient Care, including molecular Point of Care. 

Deep understanding of digital solutions, data analytics, AI, and the latest digital trends in healthcare.

Commitment to driving customer success through digital transformation and innovative solutions.

Strong ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, building effective relationships.

Passionate about pushing the boundaries of what digital technologies can achieve in healthcare.

Proven capability to lead digital projects and initiatives, inspiring trust and confidence among stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business). Advanced degree preferred. Ph.D., M.Sc., MBA Education as a nice to have

Experience within the Diagnostic industry

Extensive experience in product management, especially in a digital healthcare or medical devices context for Near Patient Care area.

Proficient understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, and their application in healthcare.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a digital-first approach.

Strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities.

Proficient in Norwegian and English
