Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application SME with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Labware and LIMS applications to ensure seamless operations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labware ELN and CDS systems to minimize downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Empower with existing systems and workflows.Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and reliability.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Train end-users on the effective use of Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower applications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all system implementations.Participate in project planning and management to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.Provide recommendations for system improvements based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.Support data migration and integration efforts to ensure data integrity and consistency.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new features.Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower.Demonstrate experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is highly desirable.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.The Cognizant community:
