What you’ll do:

 

Position title:  LAC Business AI – Early Career Talent

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: Temporary role up to 2 years

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

Customer and Partner Engagement:

Drive Strategic Engagements - support planning of value-driven executive first discoveries, tell compelling AI stories, and streamline sales processes. Coordinate Efforts - collaborate with sales, advisory, and services teams to meet AI-related customer demands and inquiries. Support Workshops - Assist in setting up AI discovery workshops, including follow-up activities. Develop Methodologies - Support the creation of new engagement methodologies and training programs for customers and partners.

Program Design and Execution:

Assist in AI Programs - partner with regional and Business AI product teams to help design and implement AI incubation programs. Incorporate Feedback - gather insights from regional teams and customers to
continuously improve AI programs.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor KPIs - support tracking and reporting of program performance. Provide Updates - support AI leadership in structuring internal updates on program
status.

Customer Success Initiatives:

Create References - support the creation of customer reference material. Support Ecosystem - assist the ecosystem with related to Business AI GTM activities.

What you bring:

 

Education:

Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s or Associate’s degree Preferably not exceeding 2 years from graduation Preferably in the field of technology, engineering, business management or related areas

 

Requirements and Experience:

Prior professional experience supporting project and program management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is desired. Entrepreneurship Spirit - strong desire to come up with new ideas to structure the
Business AI operation in the region. Communication Skills - Strong communication and presentation abilities. Adaptability - Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. Proactive Approach - High initiative and proactive problem-solving skills. 

 

About the team 

The LAC Business AI Early Career Talent will support the execution of GTM and internal initiatives to help build the success of Business AI in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. This role involves collaborating with regional teams to help design and implement strategic AI programs, plan and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and support with managerial tasks. You'll work directly with the LAC regional AI leadership.
