Weatherford is seeking an experienced and highly motivated LAM Supply Chain & Logistics Director to lead the supply chain and logistics operations throughout Latin America. In this key leadership role, you will drive the strategic execution of supply chain initiatives, focusing on materials, procurement, distribution, logistics, and sourcing, while delivering year-over-year performance improvements. As a trusted partner to the Geozone VP, you will be instrumental in building an industry-leading supply chain and logistics environment that supports operational excellence and business growth. + Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company policies, procedures, laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices + Responsible for the health, safety, and security arrangements of all subordinates and visitors on Company premises + Familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System + Maintain service quality as an immediate priority when working across all areas of the business + Support and contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of strategic supply chain processes in support of supply chain and business objectives + Accountable for maximizing service levels, in conjunction with inventory goals, through distribution requirement planning and deployments + Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and logistics profitability + Drive the Geozone Logistics, Distribution Centers, and Warehouse strategy to reflect internal customer needs and summarize business requirements aligned with the global strategy + Work with order management, sales & marketing, product managers, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, and third-party logistics providers in support of business objectives + Monitor the performance of suppliers, assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments + Implement best practices for transportation logistics, ensuring cost-effective movement of goods while meeting service-level agreements + Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including managing delivery timelines, optimizing routes, and reducing transportation costs + Work closely with Geozone operations to enhance performance at the point of impact, whether in specific country operations and/or contracts **Education** Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline is required. **Certifications** + Supply Chain Management certification (Preferred) + MBA in Business Administration or Master's Degree (Preferred) **Experience** + Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, general/strategic sourcing, supply chain management, planning and distribution, or similar experience + Experience managing a large team across locations + Oil & Gas industry supply chain experience (Preferred) **Skills** + Strong leadership skills, including leading projects with broad scope and impact outside of the department + Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes + Strong problem-solving, negotiating, solutions orientation, and presentation skills + Capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought + Excellent negotiation skills and contract management (Preferred) + Strong product or market knowledge (Preferred)
