Responsibilities Complete line clearance and first piece inspection documentation upon each work orderVerify all materials and labels match the traveler Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirementsPerform ongoing quality checks from each tray during productionCommunicate with operators taking over your machine of special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues you have encountered throughout the shiftNotify setup technicians of any quality concernsFill hoppers with componentsAssist with breaksReplenish corrugate and packaging materials at each stationComplete Laminate box count formFill out 32 tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given traysPerform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and completeReview and understand customer packout requirements Qualifications Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to use a calculator and apply basic math skillsStrong attention to detailReading and comprehension skillsAbility to stand and walk for a minimum of 7 hours during an 8-hour shiftMinimal lifting capabilities of 30 lbs. at a minimal frequency of 20 times per hourMust be available to work any shift, overtime, and weekendsHigh school diploma / GED equivalent Operator experience within manufacturing industry preferred Additional InfoContact
