Land Analyst
A midstream client in The Woodlands is seeking a Land Analyst to join their team to assist with a project after acquiring a client. The Land Analysts main responsibility is reviewing physical land documents, files, and contracts, and ensuring all physical documents are uploaded accurately in Quorum and OpenText. Some files may already be digitally transferred, but it is the Land Analysts responsibility to ensure which documents need to be updated vs which ones have already been transferred to a digital file. The team expects to complete 10 files per day and this project will exceed 12 months. This individual will be an independent contributor and must be extremely detail-oriented, have experience with OpenText and Quorum, and able to work independently in the office at least 4 days per week.
