This role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets along with land planning, design and construction processesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Direct land activities at large Master Plans or multiple large-scale projects over large geographic area.
+ Manage all contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with Land Planning Managers on optimal planning design from project feasibility to CD approval. Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats for project coordination and accuracy from schematic to CD approval stage.
+ Oversee the preparation and review of bid documents, plans, and specifications. Lead the bidding process and value engineering initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies and project objectives.
+ Lead the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes, ensuring all agreements align with project scope and budgetary constraints.
+ Direct planning and engineering design for conformance to Master Plan as amended.
+ Serve as principal liaison with regulatory agencies when preparing, modifying or obtaining approval of the comprehensive land plan or permitting.
+ Review and manage utility company designs to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
+ Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, track expenditures, and verify job-specific invoices to ensure financial accountability and transparency.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
+ Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent
+ Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
+ Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 5 years
+ Basic fundamental knowledge of civil, geotechnical engineering and surveying
+ Land development/homebuilding construction experience
+ Must have ability to multi-task
