Prepare and maintain financial models for lenders, equity partners and other financiersProvide financial analysis for land development projectsSupport on-time land closingsAssist with portfolio management of multiple ongoing development projectsMaintain the Land Finance LogReview Term Sheet, CFR’s and land committee packages for reasonableness, accuracy and completenessModify CFR’s adjusting key levers (absorption, lot price, overhead, EM return etc.) and adjusting for final financing methodAssist with due diligence and budget documentation from Land Development Managers and Operations Managers and distribute to lenders, finance and equity partners to support the close processSupport Legal team, lenders, equity and other financiers to coordinate closing activitiesPrepare new project and annual updated Equity Partner IRR modelsPrepare land bank modelsFinalize and update lot pricing and EM provisions at substantial completion and as neededOther analysis and land finance support requests as needed
Qualifications

Prerequisites:

College degree, preferably in FinanceStrong computer skills, particularly in ExcelProficient with financial proforma models and spreadsheetsProficient with financial proforma models and spreadsheets
