Summary\n
Regional Homes is seeking a Land Home Coordinator to facilitate the land and home purchasing process for customers in the manufactured housing industry. This role involves coordinating land acquisitions, financing, permitting, and purchase contracts while working closely with our retail locations, lenders, and local government agencies.\n
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple moving parts in real estate, construction, and home financing. Candidate must have a high level of proficiency with Excel, Adobe, and other current lending software.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
Land & Home Process Management:\n\nOversee the land and home transaction process from contract to closing.\nCoordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, appraisers, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the deal are completed efficiently.\nAssist customers in securing financing for land-home packages, ensuring required documents are completed and submitted.\nEnsure compliance with local zoning laws, permitting requirements, and property regulations.\n\n
Customer & Lender Coordination:\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers navigating the land-home purchase process.\nWork closely with lenders to facilitate financing approvals and meet mortgage requirements.\nProvide updates and guidance to customers throughout the process, ensuring a smooth experience.\n\n

Construction & Installation Logistics:\n\nCoordinate home site preparation, delivery, and installation with contractors and service providers.\nSchedule and oversee utility connections, foundation work, and final inspections.\nTrack and manage permits, surveys, and title work to ensure all legal and regulatory steps are completed.\n\n
Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities:\n\nMaintain accurate records of contracts, financing documents, permits, and project timelines.\nWork with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between sales, service, and operations.\nEnsure all paperwork complies with HUD regulations, lender requirements, and state\/local laws.\n\n

Education & Experience\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. \nAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience in real estate, manufactured housing, loan processing, title work, or project coordination.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions at once.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills to guide buyers through the process.\nKnowledge of real estate transactions, financing, and permitting.\nFamiliarity with HUD codes, FHA, VA, and USDA loan processes, preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).\nAbility to problem-solve and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.\nNotary Public certification is a plus.\n\n
