Responsibility Highlights for our Land Survey Project Manager\n\nProvide project management, technical oversight, strategic direction, and leadership in areas of client and business development, while accomplishing the strategic marketing plan objectives and achieving performance and profitability objectives.\nPrepare scope of works with associated fees, negotiate contracts including additional services, prepare presentations, proposals, respond to RFP's and RFQ's, and assist with recruiting, retention, and interviews.\nUse your knowledge of land surveying\/mapping to support the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants.\nSupport efforts in conventional aspects of land surveying, GPS, and Lidar scanning Be part of a leadership team that values open communication and employee input

Minimum Qualifications to be our Land Survey Project Manager\n\nLand Surveyor-In-Training Certification (LSIT)\n5+ years of project management experience in land surveying\nStrong understanding of Utah survey practices and regulations\nExperience with modern survey equipment and software\nProven track record of successful project delivery\nProficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D and TBC\nPossess the desire to develop and maintain industry client relationships in the Utah market\nFamiliarity with state and county mapping requirements\nMapping experience (subdivision maps, parcel maps, the record of survey maps, legal description, and exhibits, etc.)\n\n
Preferred Qualifications to be our Land Survey Project Manager\n\nLicensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Utah \nKnowledge of UDOT mapping requirements \nMicroStation and Inroads
