About being our Land Survey Project Manager \n
As our Land Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for staff management and project oversight across various areas, including: Transportation Design, Right of Way Engineering and Mapping, design surveys, construction, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Records of Survey, Legal Description preparation, and GPS Control Surveys.

Responsibility Highlights for our Land Survey Project Manager\n\nProvide project management, technical oversight, and strategic direction, while accomplishing the strategic marketing plan objectives and achieving performance and profitability targets\nPrepare scopes of work with associated fees and schedules, negotiate contracts including additional services, prepare presentations, proposals, respond to RFP's and RFQ's, and assist with recruiting, retention, and interviews\nUse your knowledge of land surveying\/mapping to support the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants\nProvide mentorship and guidance to staff members, fostering their professional growth\nCultivate and sustain industry client relationships within the Southern California market\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Land Survey Project Manager \n\nLicensed Land Surveyor in Arizona\n5+ years of progressively responsible Land Survey & Mapping experience in transportation is a plus!\n3+ years of experience in Project Management\nProficient in industry standard software and management tools such as: AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Office, Teams\nFamiliarity with state and county mapping requirements\n\n
