The role supports the daily management of landscape design activities including plant identification, design review, site inspections, coordination with consultants/suppliers, and participation in technical meetings. The position ensures that all outputs align with ALP’s design standards and brand proposition. It involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver sustainable, high-quality landscape solutions.
Strategic & Design Implementation: Execute studio strategies, monitor project budgets, and conduct research to ensure alignment with market trends and ALP branding.
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead landscape design across all stages—land acquisition, conceptualization, implementation, turnover, and after-sales—ensuring sustainability, compliance, and quality.
Technical Design & Vendor Coordination: Oversee design documentation, material selection, consultant coordination, vendor evaluation, and contract management to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Supervision & Stakeholder Engagement: Guide junior team members, support onboarding, and maintain effective collaboration with consultants, suppliers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports, analyze performance data, and propose innovations to improve studio processes, quality standards, and project outcomes.
