Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the landscape design team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative landscape solutions.

· Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selections, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.

· Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications for bidding and permitting processes.

· Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance and provide guidance to on-site teams.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles.

· Manage client relationships and address any feedback or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

· Ensure all landscape designs meet regulatory standards and environmental requirements.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

Experience:

8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture within the Real Estate industry
