Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Landscape Architecture Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our landscape architectural team, driving innovation and excellence in design while managing complex projects across the region.

Oversee and manage the landscape architectural team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunitiesDevelop and execute innovative landscape design concepts for a diverse range of projects, including urban developments, parks, and large-scale commercial spacesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocationConduct site analyses and develop detailed landscape plans, considering local climate, environmental factors, and cultural contextEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standards while promoting sustainable design practicesParticipate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposal writing, and presentationsStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in landscape architectureFoster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodiesContribute to the strategic growth and direction of the landscape architecture department

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex projectsProfessional landscape architecture designation or eligibility for registration in Saudi ArabiaExtensive knowledge of Middle Eastern landscape design principles, climate-appropriate plant selection, and sustainable design practicesStrong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationProficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with clients and stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in business development and client relationship managementAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with local environmental regulations and sustainable design practices in Saudi ArabiaAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
