**Landscape Construction Estimator** Our client is a well-established industry leader, They're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Landscape Construction Estimator** to support our growing team. This role works directly with our clients President, translating multiyear construction contracts and budgets into actionable project plans for seamless execution by the production team. The Estimator collaborates across multiple departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A strong background in project estimation, bidding, and landscape construction is essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—and a good sense of humor—is a must! **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and trust-building. + Accurately perform take-offs and estimates, ensuring precision for each unique project. + Collaborate with the owner, vendors, and subcontractors to align project execution with business goals. + Work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments, including inclement weather conditions. + Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, supervisors, and internal teams through verbal and written channels. + Present project plans using charts, scaled drawings, and digital presentations as needed. + Analyze and review project plans, proposing value-engineering solutions for efficiency and client satisfaction. + Maintain job costs within budget guidelines and assist in achieving profitability targets. + Conduct site analyses, assessing conditions such as plant health, soil, lighting, grading, drainage, and irrigation. + Work closely with administrative support to ensure timely and accurate contract management and documentation. **Qualifications:** + **3-5 years** of experience in landscape design, construction/maintenance estimating, sales, installation, or management. + **High school diploma (GED) required** ; a degree in Landscape Design, Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred. + A two- or four-year degree/certification in horticulture, landscape construction/management, sales, or a related field is a plus (or equivalent experience). + Strong knowledge of **Pacific Northwest (PNW) plant identification** , disease and pest management, water requirements, and pruning techniques. + Self-motivated with the ability to **multitask, prioritize, and adapt** in a fast-moving environment. + Excellent **attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills** . **Salary- 70-75k** This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled estimator who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results in landscape construction. **Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
