The Landscape Designer II is responsible for providing technical support in the planning, design, and implementation of landscape architecture projects.

Responsibilities Understand project requirements by reviewing agencies' guidelines and client specifications.Assist with preparation and review of project layouts, planting and irrigation plans, and complete plan sets.Review construction documents and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate closely with field staff and contractors to resolve construction issues.Assist with the preparation and coordination of bond issues and inspections with reviewing agencies.Support team in project execution and technical skills development.Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with Project Managers to support client needs, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.Understanding of construction techniques, plant materials, and sustainable design principles.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with occasional overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in landscape architecture or related field.Professional licensure (PLA) or eligibility to pursue licensure.
