Job Summary The Landscape Foreman is responsible for organizing the day-to-day labor including equipment and materials for assigned jobsite. The Landscape Foreman will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. Essential Functions + Supervise and participate in daily landscape installation and/or removal activity at jobsite + Monitor jobsite for compliance with all company safety policies  + ​​​​​​​Perform frequent inspections of equipment and vehicles. + Identify enhancement opportunities and present them for estimating. + Communicate with Project Manager and/or Operations Manager as needed  + Accurately prepare daily and weekly foreman logs  Qualifications and Skills + At least 3 years experience in landscape installations + Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and materials, including plant selection, soil preparation, and irrigation systems. Ability to ID plant species and varieties a plus. + Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred. + 2A/1C MA Hoisting License a plus + Experience reading, interpreting, and implementing blueprints. + Excellent organizational and communication skills; computer proficiency + Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. Expected Work Environment: + Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods. + Lifting and carrying objects up to 55+ pounds. + Working in all weather conditions. + Additional work available during the winter months.
