Essential Functions: + Oversee multi-site operations requiring travel between sites. + Skilled in troubleshooting property issues. + Skilled in resolving basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues. + Perform simple repairs around the properties. + Overall maintenance of the properties. + Develop and establish routines for maintaining standard building maintenance.
